Helen’s interest in photography started out as a hobby 25 years ago and has evolved into her own successful business in the past 13 years. Her style has always been to capture the spirit of her subject in a natural and uncontrived manner, which frequently is accomplished by location work both indoors and outdoors. Her ability to evoke the subject’s unique personality is certainly not limited to location work, but is equally achieved in her studio. While her particular interest is in black and white portraits, she has extensive experience in wedding photography. She shoots in black and white and/or color, and is known for getting all the good shots. Her attention to detail is apparent, yet she keeps a low profile so as not to become a distraction. Helen’s photography work is far more than a job. It is truly her passion.
